Asian-Inspired Master-Planned Community to Transform Cagayan de Oro's Uptown
Pueblo de Oro Unveils "Bamboo Lane," First Three-Storey Townhouse Development in the City
Mix-Use Development Set to Create a New Urban Oasis in Cagayan de Oro
The City Government of Cagayan de Oro has announced the development of a 60-hectare mixed-use project in the city's uptown area. Inspired by Asian-Balinese architecture, the master-planned community will feature mid-rise residential buildings, creating an urban oasis for residents.
Pueblo de Oro Bamboo Lane is the first phase of the development and consists of three-storey townhouses. These townhouses offer a unique combination of modern amenities and traditional Asian design elements, blending seamlessly into the city's vibrant urban landscape.
Cagayan de Oro City is a highly urbanized city in Northern Mindanao and a major economic center in the region. Much of its urban development has been along the coastline, but the new mixed-use development will expand the city's growth inland.
